Our Solution &Marketing team is looking for a solution sales specialist. Please see details below. This position is a contingent staff position.
Job Description
The core responsibilities of solution sales managers are to provide competitive and valuable solutions to help customers succeed. To take a step forward, product managers need to be the technical interface between the customers and Huawei account manager, and the main interface to the technical customers. Their main responsibilities are as follows:
- Insights: Understand the industry environment, identify customer strategy, identify pain points, specify solution strategies, develop market plans, match market requirements, and make corresponding resource plans.
- Development: Support customer requirement identification, guide solution development, gain insights from dimensions such as market space, product alignment, channel strategy, and opportunity, explore opportunities, develop projects, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve order and revenue targets.
- Communicate with the technical customer: Product managers establish good communication with customers and also Huawei internal technical interface, establish a good personal brand, guide Huawei departments to implement product improvement strategies in an end-to-end manner, and continuously improve Huawei solution competitiveness.
- Marketing: Product managers support brand marketing activities and ecosystem construction to expand industry influence.
Skills & Capabilities
- Project management skills: Be proficient in the IPD process, specify the admission and exit of each phase, and efficiently support product delivery.
- Organization and coordination capability: As the product manager, take charge of internal and external coordination and communication to ensure the product delivery as planned.
- Risk assessment capability: Be able to evaluate the impact and risks of issues from the perspective of users based on big data and historical product experience. Problem solving skills.
- Communication skills: Good at communication between customers. Good at technical solution presentation / telecom industry trend presentation
- Good IT skills: Make a product presentation / do some data analysis for insight and process-based work
- Experience on working in Telecom Vendor or Operator.
