Our Solution & Marketing team is looking for a solution sales specialist. Please see details below. This position is a full time consultant position.
Job description
• Responsible for service solution sales in Nordic, include but not limited to, maintenance, telecom related engineering service, software solution, digital operation transformation platform and service, passive infras' equipment and materials supplying, customer training etc.
• Market & opportunity analysis, completing service sales planning, establishing service sales target and strategy.
• Managing service sales project, explore and gain market information and maintain customers’ relations.
• Responsible for service bidding and service sales activities such as proposal preparation, tenders responding, customer clarification meeting, service capability presentation, commercial design and contract negotiation.
• Responsible for managing customer’s service requirements, analysing the service strategy, model and measurement of industry vendors, organizing to establish overall service strategy towards customers.
Skills & Capabilities
• Proven experience towards product or service solution sales in telecom industry.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Communication/Computer Science or related field.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to overcome objections & challenges
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance
• Commitment to working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Finnish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Solution sale experience for Telecommunication industry is preferred.
